Once the software has been properly installed and the work of preparing the feed from Orion into the software has occured, the setup fee cannot be return due to services rendered. The remainder can be returned provided 30 days from the initial installation has not transpired. Data Pavilion reserves the right to discontinue services in such cases as problems relating to software cannot be resolved in which a full refund will be provided.
