Data Pavilion, Inc. collects information from this website and its software registration. We do not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Data Pavilion, Inc. collects information from our users upon downloading and installing the service for billing and contact information.

Registering Our Software

Our software’s registration and order forms may require users to give us contact information (like their name, organization name and email address), financial information. (such as credit card numbers). We use customer contact information to deliver our services purchased. We also use contact information to send the user information about our company or changes necessary to be aware of.  Financial information that is collected is used only to check the users' qualifications for registration and to bill the user for services they have ordered.

Links to Other Sites

This Web site does not contain links to other sites. We do not advertise other companies products and services to those visiting our website.  We do not accept payment for services related to advertising on our website.

Log Files

We use IP addresses and standard log file information to analyze trends, administer the site, and track user’s movement in order for us to improve the usability of the website. IP addresses are not linked to information that identifies you or your organization.

Sharing Information

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site.

We use an outside company for credit card processing to enable us to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

In the event Data Pavilion, Inc. goes through a business transition, such as a merger, being acquired by another company, or selling a portion of its assets, users’ personal information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred. Security Policy

This website takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When our registration form asks users to enter sensitive information such as a credit card number, that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software.  While we use encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also endeavor to protect user-information off-line. All of our users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our office. Only employees and contracted third parties who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information.

We use password protection on all computers to restrict access to this information.  In addition, the servers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure environment.  Information collected through the backing up of clients computers employing our services are kept in an encrypted format to ensure privacy and security.

Notification of Changes
